In your new role you will:

Strive for optimizations through global standardization, harmonization and digitalizing processes
Drive and manage global projects in the area of Digital Transformation
Further establish global harmonized standards
Governance data and process quality worldwide
Ensure data integration within control and reporting systems

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree in the field of industrial engineering, technical or economical science or equivalent professional experience
Work experience in an equivalent field for 1-3 years
Solution-oriented way of thinking and analytical skills
A structured, accurate and independent way of working
The ability to drive projects and track their implementation
Willingness to travel to Infineon manufacturing sites worldwide (20%)
Language skills to communicate confidently in German and English
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group F-G ( https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
