Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst and customer success manager for Supply Chain with strong techno-functional knowledge at IBM CIC, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering, and supporting highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.
In this role, you will:
Assist clients in the solution design and implementation of SAP extended warehouse management (EWM), SAP Transportation Management(TM), end to end track and trace visibility to help the client to efficiently manage inventory in the warehouse, processing of goods movement, transport planning process and tendering
Support our clients for multiple EWM deployments in parallel with Rapid Deployment tool
Deliver BCP and logistics Yard solution solution with latest cloud technologies
Support multiple SAP Transportation management deployments
Analyze business processes and their corresponding requirements and find the best implementation option in SAP EWM and surrounding system components (S/4HANA, local warehouse solutions),
Use your knowledge and experience on design, build and test of integration solutions between SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA with Stock room manager and decentralized embedded EWM across all phases of an SAP implementation project
Implement Block Chain technology for food safety solution
Deliver IT digital transformation program and establishing NextGen End to End Vertical IT Operating Model with Managed service framework
Manage and accountable for End to End Delivery and Project Management across all Supply Chain Product Group
Support business growth, RFI/RFP and pre-sales process with solutioning, pricing and negotiations
Drive Cost reduction initiatives proposal and implement for Client
Define and implement Innovation and Product roadmap
Lead Service Integration with other stakeholders for End to End Service delivery and ownership
Stakeholder management, Risk and Issue management, Customer Delight Index and Business development
Designing and delivering IT and digital transformation programs
Deliver end to end monitoring framework with AIOps
Deliver end to end (Level 1 to Level 3) support provided for SAP Supply Chain product groups covering both functional and technical support along with service integration
Drive critical incident management function
Responsible for critical global support KPIs – Production incident volume, critical incidents, mean time to resolution, SLO and customer satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce user incidents, improve incident turn around time and customer satisfaction with automation and innovation
Proper delivery tracking with offshore, onsite and nearshore team to avoid delivery delays and ensure quality

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Extensive experience of working with clients from the CPG industry (preferably 15+ years) in the area of Supply Chain, Cross border Logistics, Service Delivery and Project Management
Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP consulting and proven track record of practical experience in configuration, customization, testing, data migration & training in at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in the areas like LE WM, EWM, TM and Serialization solutions.
Leading and managing delivery of engagements in the area of Supply Chain, Logistics and warehousing solutions for our clients with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP ECC, SAP TM, SAP EWM and 3rd Party Logistics Service Providers integrated with SAP
Sound experience with SAP Hybris solution
Experience with SAP Ariba and CLM is a plus
Knowledge of serialization with track and trace with SAP.
Knowledge of new industry trends like Block chain, supply chain digitalization, SAP HANA cloud, Mulesoft, SAP API Management, Azure and at least 1 full lifecycle implementation experience on one such solution, like Yard Management integration with SAP
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT digital transformation program and NextGen End to End Vertical IT Operating Model with Managed service framework
Strong experience in IBM Watson – Speech to text and Text to Speech – Delivered one end to end project
Strong experience in IBM food trust solution with Block chain
Experience in RFI/RFP and pre-sales process with solutioning, pricing and negotiations
Experience in Yard Management, Warehousing operations such as picking and loading
Proven experience in Program management, product transformation, project management and delivery project executive with a team of 300+ headcount
Participate by providing inputs in RFP solution preparation and Orals presentations in the area of SAP Supply Chain, Logistics Execution and Warehousing.
Planning and Managing of cutover activities with Business and external Vendors during the blackout period prior to Go Live.
Experience in parallel EWM global deployments (10+), multiple SAP TM deployments as business analyst and Customer success manager
Certification in ITILv4, Certificate Scrum Master is a must in the area of Logistics
Experience or knowledge in applying agile project delivery methods, e.g. Scrum, SAFe
Very good communication skills (verbal and written) in English
Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
