For the earliest possible starting date, we are looking for an Associate International Customer Meeting Services (m/f/d)Your tasks: Responsibility for all aspects of customer and employee meetings (mainly online during pandemic times), incl. travel, contracting, meeting & events logistics, etc. Responsibility for representing and delivering an excellent customer experience Making judgement-based decisions when dealing with complex situations Establish and maintain strategic partnerships Provide strategic project management Identify and collaborate with the local and regional Meeting Planning Companies and delegate the implementation of meeting logistics Effectively lead, develop, collaborate and manage multiple relationships with external partners to positively impact the events Your profile: Successful completion of a bachelor's degree Comparable experience (minimum 5 years) obtained in pharmaceutical or hospitality industry with dynamic environment and international focus Exceptional customer service focus Project Management experience Able to multitask and work under pressure, being stress resistant and flexible, use critical thinking skills Organisational skills, organised approach to thinking and working independently, forward looking, cooperative and communicative Polished and cultured conduct and appearance, absolutely focused on providing a service, pleasant attitude, first-class manners, discretion, loyalty, team spirit Exemplary precision and reliability Outstanding computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Video Conferencing, etc.) Absolute fluency in English, excellent verbal and written skills, knowledge of any other foreign language is an asset Willingness to travel if required If this challenging position is what you have been seeking, please hand in your online application by pressing the "Onlinebewerbung" button below.
