You will be part of the Group Data and Reporting Governance team, which is a Department located within the Group Data Management area at Erste Group. Your TasksSupport and drive the definition, communication and maintenance/set-up of a group-wide common Data, Reporting and BCBS 239 Governance together with the core Experts within the team Establish standards in order to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements related to Data, Reporting and BCBS 239 and ensure smooth underlying processes Support the alignment of all relevant roles and responsibilities with all relevant business units across the Group Drive ongoing communication with stakeholders (Group and Local level) Your BackgroundBachelor degree or higher in related studies (economic, business administration, finance, IT management, etc.) Related working experience as advantage (e.g. Risk Management/ Regulatory or Steering relevant Reporting units and/or Data Management/IT) Strong proficiency in Java, Python and experience with MongoDB and Apache Airflow Team player with excellent communication skills and a hands-on mindset to involve herself/himself independently Responsible attitude with the ambition to grow and learn Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken), additionally any CEE language is an advantage Our OfferA very diverse job in a dynamic and motivated team - full time or part time (30 hours per week) possible Discover and enjoy the benefits of Erste Group The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 36.514,-- gross per year.
