Java Software Engineer (m/f/d)Java Software Engineer (m/f/d)Are you an experienced Java Software Engineer (m/f/d) with interest in the IT services field? My client has its focus in specialized IT services, you will have the opportunity to be at the helm of exciting international projects and contribute to innovative new solutions. The position is located in Vienna, Austria. You will work closely with the Lead Architect in developing the company's digital service and other products. Your Daily Tasks: Design and implementation of new (micro) services and APIs Participation in the entire pipeline from analysis to the provision of end-to-end systems Maintenance and adaptation of the existing applications to new requirements and standards Close cooperation with the entire team (cross- functional) Skills/knowledge you should have to be successful in this Role: Several years of experience with JAVA and the fitting frameworks Knowledge of the design and implementation of web services (REST, SOAP) Cloud experience as well as Kotlin is a bonus Experience with container Technology (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge with relational databases (eg.: Postgres) Skills with Scrum and development tools (GIT, Gradle) Business knowledge of the industry is an advantage Very good Knowledge of English - German is a plus!
