**Digital design proficiency.** You are proficient in Figma, Sketch and the Adobe Creative Suite and use these tools for creating prototypes and flawless interface designs.
**Core technology skills.** Familiarity with web coding technologies such as CSS, HTML and JS is a plus.
**Research skills.** You conduct user research and solution validation independently and incorporate these insights into your designs.
**Creative eye.** You have a natural flair for exceptional design and typography.
**Industry know-how.** You have a demonstrable interest in modern design approaches and are up-to-date with the latest UI trends and technologies.
**Problem-solving aptitude.** You have a flair for finding creative solutions to complex problems, trying out multiple approaches along the way. You keep both the big picture and the smallest detail in mind.

**Knack for communication.** You can get your point across clearly and articulately and take input from others on board. You are comfortable giving and receiving honest and direct feedback.

**Language skills.** You have excellent written and spoken English which you use to draft exceptional UX copy within your designs.

Erfahrung
**7+ years' experience.** You have at least seven years experience designing UI and UX for web apps, ideally productivity SaaS tools.
