Qualifikationen
Good grasp of system/application architecture and design principles;
Expert level knowledge of Angular used with .NET back-end applications;
Very good knowledge of software design patterns (MVC), service oriented architecture principles, secure coding practices, concept of Single Page Application (SPA), database modelling, unit testing;
Good UML knowledge and use of diagramming tools;
Excellent command of written and spoken English language.
have knowledge of business processes and IT softwares such as USIE, RANET, IRMIS, APT, EPRIMS, etc.;
display knowledge on service-oriented architectures (SOA) on the IRIX Web Services;

Erfahrung
Experience in designing and implementation of continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous deployment, release management;
Minimum 10 years of experience using WPF, ASP.Net, C#, MVVM, Entity and CSLA Framework, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Microsoft Expression Blend 4, SQL Server Reporting Services, jQuery, Backbone.js, Knockout.js, D3, dropzone.js, Mapbox.js.;
Minimum 10 years of experience using modern web technologies HTML5, CSS, XML, JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, NodeJS, Nugat, Git;
Very good knowledge and experience with tools such as SVN, GIT, Cruise Control and Source Control;
Minimum 5 years of experience in database programming including writing stored procedures/functions;
Minimum 3 years of experience building Web Services, including building and deployment of service-oriented architecture components;
have demonstrated work experience in the Nuclear energy sector as well as and knowledge of radiation monitoring data;
have experience in cloud-based projects using Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Visual Studio Online (VSO) and SQL Azure;
display experience working on agile teams, as a team member or scrum lead. Ability to lead technical decisions from within a team (Agile Scrum certification would be an asset);
have demonstrated work experience in public institutions, or large corporations with multiple international stakeholders.

Ausbildung
University degree with minimum 11 years of experience in the design and development of software applications in C#, .NET/.NET Core interfacing with MS SQL Server (2012 or higher) databases;
