We are expanding our wonderful team and are looking for a Product Manager / IT Project Lead to join us as soon as possible.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
closely collaborate with clients, engineers and designers to gather requirements and ideate on the best possible implementation approach
consult clients to build the right, innovative product & ventures
document requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria
coordinate multiple development teams and plan agile sprints in alignment with clients
monitor project progress and control budgets
actively communicate with internal & external stakeholders
continuously improve our agile development processes
WHAT MAKES YOU THE RIGHT FIT:
3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally as a Project/Product Manager for digital products, software applications
solid technical understanding for digital products (e.g. frontend, backend, infrastructure, etc.)
experience in working with agile frameworks such as Scrum
passion for innovation, IT and digital products
a well-structured & organized way of working
eagerness to take up the responsibility for multiple projects at the same time
self-confidence in communicating openly & directly at eye level with clients
a strong motivation for constant learning & evolvement in the areas of product and innovation
fluency in German AND English mandatory
EPIC NICE TO HAVES:
an understanding of innovation methodologies, e.g. customer discovery, lean startup, etc.
previous experience creating a product or side-project yourself
founding experience
you have built something using low-code or no-code tools such as Bubble or Wordpress
basic knowledge of programming (backend or frontend)

Salary: Considering the collective agreement and depending on experience as well as qualification, the expected gross salary can be €50,000 per year.
