We are looking for a dedicated, passionate software engineer to join one of our agile teams. As software developer within the department B2B & Wholesale IT Products you will be mainly working on the main process engine for ordering of landline products, surrounding applications and interfaces to other applications. If you have fun with software engineering and related principles and if you want to be part of a highly motivated team we are looking forward to your application.
Aufgaben:

Development of the landline business process engine based on jBMP in a scrum team.
Clarification and discussion about requirements with the stakeholders.
Resolving of critical production issues and bug fixing.
Integration of the software components into our build pipeline.
Ongoing optimization of the code base by doing code reviews and other quality-improving activities.
Close communication with the operational department and other stakeholders.
Contribution to the agile mindset of the company upholding the values of commitment, courage, respect, focus and openness.

Anforderungsprofil:

Experience in software engineering (analysis, design, development and testing).
Thorough experience in defining and applying design standards and patterns.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms.
Solid working knowledge of relational database, Oracle database preferred.
Understanding and experience in API management and web-services (XML).
Basic knowledge on Unix/Linux system administration.
Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, JavaScript and Angular.
Familiar with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence).
Ability and willingness to learn about complex landline business processes.
High degree of understanding good code quality and analytical thinking.

We will agree on your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for telecom companies is at least € 41.700,- (40 hours/week). Experience shows that the actual salary is at least € 55.000,-.
