In this exciting position at the Infineon site in Villach, a very varied range of tasks awaits you: Within a small team, you will be responsible for new software developments, carry out software specifications and tests and accompany the overall process from the concept phase to handover to internal customers. In doing so, you will always be at the cutting edge of technology!
You will work in an international team on solutions in the area of factory integration for the Villach/Dresden/Regensburg/Kulim production network. Together with our users, you analyse the processes around the higher-level control of the production facilities, develop the requirements of the IT software based on this, help with their implementation and thus shape the manufacturing network.

In your new role you will:

perform requirement analyses
develop, test and deplo y requirements/functions
be responsible for the monitoring of applications
carry out Incident Management
provide trainings to the 1st Level support and users
In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your home office (Hybrid) and you can arrange your working hours flexibly .
You are flexible and independent, can organise yourself well and are used to working in a goal-oriented manner. Furthermore, you are a real team player .

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

successfully completed a degree in the field of Computer Science , Information Technology (or comparable) or a HTL with several years of professional experience
expertise in the semiconductor industry
experience in the software development process
routine in coding with different languages (e.g. JAVA, Python, C# .Net, C++, WEB)
the ability to manage different SQL Databases
knowledge of automated testing
UX desig n konw-how
a class B driving licence
a good command of German and English
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group E (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
