Helpdesk Technician L1-L2 : Job Description
Responding to technical support inquiries via email, phone, and remote support software
Troubleshooting software and hardware issues for clients
Escalating technical issues to Level 2 support when required
Profiles
Helpdesk Technician L1-L2 : Profile
Minimum 2 year of experience in technical support
Familiar with programming languages such as PHP, MySQL and Lunix
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

A gross anual salary of around 50k, depending on your profile
