In your new role you will:

Lead and support software projects in the field of Wiki Solutions
Be the expert for Infineon’s Wiki Knowledge Management environment
Be the application owner of Atlassian Confluence : you will advise users on how best to use the solution while ensuring it runs stable and with high performance
Transform user requirements into IT solutions and integrate them with other platforms (e.g. Atlassian - Jira, Bitbucket; Microsoft Sharepoint; PTC Windchill)
Actively improve the solution landscape through test automation, technical analysis, best practice sharing and training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers
During an individual training phase we prepare you optimally for your new tasks. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development , we want to ensure your success in this position. The tasks can partly be done in homeoffice .
You are personally committed to the concerns of your internal customers and attach great importance to them. You are a pro-active person, who has a “hands-on” mentality in driving solutions. As a team player, you collaborate beyond borders and appreciate the contribution of others.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree in Informatics, Computer Science , Business Informatics or similar field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT (e.g technical consulting and managing projects)
Proven experience in IT application ownership in an enterprise setup for Wiki and Collaboration Solutions (i.e. Atlassian Confluence )
Solid technical experience in platform management (e.g architecture, test automation, log analysis, multi node deployment)
Excellent German & English communication skills
This position is subject to the EEI Workers' and Employees' Collective Agreement, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2022.pdf). The agreed monthly salary is paid 14 x p.a.. Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and suitability. Infineon also offers additional attractive social benefits.
