Then come and join our global team as Junior IT Project Manager (f/m/d) to take care of the end-to-end Project Management responsibility for small projects.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are supporting in PMO and IT Project planning considering project management standards (Prince2,…) for example scheduling, resource management etc.
You are working with Quality Management to ensure together with your colleagues that all quality deliverables are created/maintained
You ensure adherence to local regulations, standards, organization Cybersecurity and Data privacy rules
You communicate with different project members
You support the planning and handover the setup to operational teams and service providers and establish smooth operations
You maintain Lessons Learned

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a master’s degree in the field of IT, Computer Science or similar
Ideally you have first professional experience in managing small projects, in the IT Infrastructure space
Alternatively, you have a bachelor’s degree and several years of professional experience in the field mentioned above
You have elementary skills in IT project management
You have a good understanding of the IT infrastructure like Modern Workplace, Connectivity etc.
Ideally you understand agile, Scrum methodologies

Your attributes and skills:

You have very good English-language skills and are confident within an international environment; ideally you can communicate in German as well
You take responsibility for your own actions and always have the company's success in mind
You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak with confidence and ownership
