Full Stack Web Developer
We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. If you are a strong technical individual who is passionate about web technologies, creating consistent user experiences, and finding sustainable solutions to support innovative marketing efforts, we want you on our team!
You will be responsible for coding, supporting, and maintaining websites across the full tech stack. You will work collaboratively with project managers, SEOs, UX designers, and other stakeholders, and guide the marketing team’s web development practices through the day-to-day as well as longer term projects across multiple web properties. This role will have hands-on development responsibilities with frontend and backend related work.
Job responsibilities
Develop and maintain corporate website(s)
Ensure code is well-maintained, clean and well-written, provide code reviews for other devs
Establish and maintain quality best practices related to testing (regression, performance, security)
Understand business goals and objectives
Perform other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications (Must haves)
3+ years of professional web development
High proficiency experience with HTML, CSS/Sass/SCSS, Javascript, PHP
Deep functional knowledge and experience with REST web services, both integration and development
Deep functional knowledge and experience integrating data for various back-end services and databases
Experience with Wordpress/ACF
Experience with Node.js, npm, Webpack, Babel, React.js/Next.js or any similar frameworks like vue.js/angular.js
Experience with Storybook
Server knowledge/experience with relation to web development
Knowledge security best practices implementation
Knowledge of Git/Bitbucket/Github or similar Version Control Systems
Understanding of the web development life cycle, including QA
Desired skills and qualifications (Nice to have)
Working knowledge of headless/decoupled approaches to web development
Experience using WebOps platforms, including multi-dev feature branching, and deployment workflows (e.g., Pantheon, Google Cloud, Netlify)
Strong understanding of basic UI principles, web standards, and modern practices. Experience collaborating with designers and integrating design feedback
Experience working with marketing tech integrations and tools, such as Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua, DemandBase, Bizible, Google Tag Manager
Experience with automation test development such as Selenium or Cypress
