In your new role you will: Be part of the global application support team with focus on operational topics for the operational technology platform Work with the global development and platform teams to ensure the reliability, availability and security of the supported applications and support Infineon Business to make use of them Provide best effort support to the business equipment on using the standard IT services Understand the requirements from the regional business teams and strategise global solutions and implementation Ensure issues raised by the business teams are well documented, provide solutions and follow up on them to closure During an individual training phase we prepare you optimally for your new tasks. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development, we want to ensure your success in this position. The tasks can partly be done in homeoffice.
