Overview:
As a Reconciliation Configurator or Reconciliation requirement Engineer(RE) you are responsible for carrying out the development for the reconciliation based project which will be built on the CTC GRESHAM Products reconciliation technology.
Candidate should be good in the Capital Market concepts and the Trade flow life cycle.
Candidate should be good with the reconciliation concepts of Nostro, Depot, Intersystem, FOBO, FOCL reconciliations.
Candidate should be good with gathering the requirement , doing the source feed analysis, mapping them and then building the reconciliation on any of the above mentioned products.
Candidate should have good knowledge in mapping the important fields, trade economics which are required for doing the reconciliation
Candidate should have good knowledge of different type of match rules and how to configure them.
Candidate should be good with the database concepts which is required for the breaks analysis , writing queries.
Additional responsibility may extend to manage a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a reconciliation project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing)
You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.
Key skills required for the job are:
Regulatory Domain Expertise is mandatory, like understanding of key regulations like EMIR, FINMA, MAS, ASIC, MiFID-II etc.
Strong Product/Asset Class knowledge across Interest Rates, Credit, FX, Equity, Swaps, Futures, Options etc.
Expertise on Trade Life Cycle and Life Cycle Events
Strong technical design and development experience
Strong experience on Agile and Delivery practices like TDD, BDD, Kanban etc.
Strong Communication, Inter-personal and Behavioral competencies
Required Technical Skills:
Primarily reconciliation product knowledge namely: CTC GRESHAM (Mandatory)
Alternative Reconciliation product knowledge is good to have namely : TLM, Intellimatch, DUCO, Xceptor
Database: Oracle /SQL (Mandatory), PostGres (Optional),
Very good understanding of the Azure/ AWS cloud and cloud certified
Unix Shell Scripting, VB Scripting or any Scripting Languages
Expertise in any of the programing languages : Java/ Dot Net which is needed to built any custom solution around the CTC Gresham Platform
Expertise in writing complex SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers with good understanding of the DB objects
Reporting Tool experience like Crystal Reports, Microsoft SSRS, BIRT, Clique View
